Facilities Manager - Hard Services

Job description / Role

• Required to join an expanding Facilities Management company in Riyadh working on a range of exciting projects.
• The successful candidate will provide expert advice and guidance in managing and optimizing the mechanical systems and facilities .
• This position requires a strong technical background and a deep understanding of mechanical engineering principles, combined with proficient project management skills.
• Working closely with various stakeholders, such as facility managers, engineers, and executives, the consultant aims to enhance the overall performance, efficiency, and reliability of mechanical systems while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and standards

Salary:
SAR 20,000 to 25,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

• A degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar
• Proven experience in facilities management or consulting, with a focus on mechanical systems.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and other mechanical systems.
• Knowledge of SFG-20 standards, NFPA, CIBSE, Saudi Building Code, ASHRAE etc.
• Reviewing Technical documents & Providing Recommendations
• Proficiency in assessing and analyzing complex mechanical issues.
• Project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and lead projects to successful completion.
