Job Description Summary

Tamheer program is an on-the-job training program for Saudi graduates. Tamheer aims at training Saudi graduate holders at international organizations and outstanding companies in order for them to gain experience and skills to prepare them for full time employment. Program duration is 6 months long period of training. We are intended for graduates who have bachelor's degree, and that have not been employed during the last six months.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities

- Hands on work in electrical systems such as manufacturing or service industry as electrical maintenance technician
- Diagnosing of electrical systems, Electrical panels, MCC, Star-delta Starters, electrical distributions,
- Maintaining the complete HVAC system including AHUs and Chillers
- Perform troubling shooting and repair of specialized equipment such as Fire alarm system, Electrical substations, Fire pumps, Fire fighting systems and facilities related equipment
- Understanding and executing the breakdown and preventive maintenance
- Able to study the electrical and mechanical draining and diagnosis the issues in equipment.
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance of all Facilities systems.
- Maintaining office work spaces
- Consultation, in conjunction with the appropriate Facilities Co-coordinator, with outside vendors on unsolved repair problems.
- Provide technical guidance and assistance as needed in the installation or rearrangement of production equipment.
- Perform LOTO operations
- Performed all duties as part of a team.
- Perform other related / assigned duties.
- Participate in Safety, Quality, and Productivity Continuous Improvement
- Working on SAP

Requirements

Qualifications/Requirements

- During the program GE will provide assignments, projects & tasks that is related to his major where he/she can develop his/her Leadership Capabilities, communication skills and introduce him to the work environment.
- Should have a Diploma in Electrical related discipline from an accredited college.
- Good in English and Arabic (essential)
- Experienced in computer Knowledge ( MS Office)
- High achiever
- GOSI and MCS records indicate that the applicate has not registered for any job during the past six months.
- Should not be currently employed.
- Good usage of Microsoft software.
- Should not have previously participated in Tamheer.
