Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Manage and supervise janitorial, elevator maintenance, pest control services of permanent buildings and facilities.
• Manage and supervise landscaping services.
• Manage and supervise septic tanks waste management and domestic waste collection & disposal services.
• Support maintenance of catering equipment and pantry appliances
• Assist in planning, forecasting, procurement, installation of furniture and appliances.
• Assist in planning and forecasting for offices and relocation of offices
• Assist FMU in the procurement of facility management contracts.
• Assist in planning of day-to-day FMU operations tasks and functions.
• Report, assist and provide administrative & technical support to FMU Supervisor in regular, day-to-day FMU operations.
• Conduct regular site visits and as deemed necessary to monitor the various contracts and contractor accomplishment.
• Liaise with various departments, building proponents, contractors, and suppliers and attend meetings with them whenever necessary.
• Provide necessary support to FMU Supervisor in MOC (Management of Change Process).
• Provide necessary technical support and supervision for the external utilities and other infrastructure.
• Perform other duties as assigned by FMU Supervisor and Organization Head.

Requirements

Education Background:
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent

Experience:
• Five (5) years of experience in related filed
