Employment: Full Time

Founded in 1980, Our Client has had a clear vision from the outset and has cemented itself as one of the largest food manufacturing companies in Saudi Arabia and the Middle East. As a leader in it's selected food categories such as frozen Vegetables and meat this business has solidified it's presence in over 35 countries with an abitious plan to expand into Central Europe over the next few years.

Due to growth of the business in recent years they are now looking to identify a new Saudi national HR Manager specifically for the manufacturing division of the business based in Jeddah, KSA. With the responsibility to review, redevelop and manage internal frameworks, policies and strategies this is a very operationally led role within the business where you will be given full autonomy to strengthen the organizational capability. You will ensure the development of a talent pipeline to supply talents to Clients through the execution of internal initiatives and programmes devised by yourself and team.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to develop internal talent pool.
- Establish networks and relationships within the organzation as well as across the industry.
- Analyze labor market trends, workforce plans and organizational intelligence to identify occupational trends.
- Provide hands on support to stakeholders throughout the business.

Requirements

- Must hold the ability to communicate across the whole business from blue collar workers to the CEO and Board.
- Project management: Define, manage and deliver complex projects across the enterprise.
- Organizational skills to marshal resources-people, funding, material and support.
- Creative-with the ability to think "outside the box".
- Able to facilitate and deliver training modules.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
