Factory HR Manager - Saudi National

A leading FMCG business has an HR Manager role within one of their factory units, based in Yanbu. The role will support the business in achieving its best results, building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline and a great working culture.
Your day to day remit will be generalist from acting as a HR business partner internally, handing recruitment, ensuring optimum Saudization levels, performance management and development, employee relations and engagement to succession planning and legal compliance.
You will have a small team to support you but it will also be a hands on role.
Requirements
Generalist HR experience gained in a Factory is a MUST and you will be a Saudi national. Ideally you will have between 8 to 10 years overall HR experience and between 2 to 5 years in Factory HR.
A strong background in performance management, employee relations and employee engagement is key for this role.
