Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Lead, organize, direct and control day-to-day operations of the factory producing a wide range of aluminium architectural products including aluminium door, curtain walls, windows and related architectural products.

- Manages the Production staff, and ensures finished products meet quality standards, costs and delivery date commitment in compliance with health and safety regulations.

- Develop and implement production schedules and work plans for optimum utilization of all plant/factory resources including equipment, manpower, tools and materials for achieving all physical and financial business objectives.

- Participates in product design, development and industrialization

- Measure the level of productivity and ensure its improvement

- Supervises and manages the personnel: carries out annual appraisals, identifies and ensures implementation of training requirements and recruit new staff members in coordination with human resources

- Coordinate with and guide production supervisors in allotting and controlling workforce ensuring execution of all planned jobs on time meeting quality and safety standards.

- Implement the factory quality assurance and quality control policy and procedures including final inspections of products before dispatch from the plant.

- Conduct daily reviews of actual production against plan, evaluate variances, identify root causes and implement effective corrective action plans to achieve production targets.

- Support the sales and marketing team in creating and reinforcing the factory’s reputation in the market through customer interactions, presentations of unique features and providing customized solutions assuring long term customer retention.

Requirements

- 12- 15 years of experience with at least 5 years in similar position ideally within an Aluminum Factory

- Previous experience in same role with similar organizations in Saudi Arabia will be plus

- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/ Production or equivalent from a reputed University/ College

- Necessary to have technical expertise and comprehensive knowledge of all construction operations

- Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a diverse and demanding environment.
