Female Training Manager - MAC - KSA Western

MAC (Make-up Art Cosmetics), a leading brand of professional cosmetics, was created in Canada. M.A.C's popularity has grown through a tradition of word-of-mouth endorsement from makeup artists, models, photographers and journalists around the world. The dedication to our pro roots can be seen in the extensive range of colours, formulas, finishes and tools. Our artists uphold the professional roots and are able to offer advice and tips to ensure customers can recreate fashionable looks at home.

As a Training Manager, you will promote MAC's brand image and culture through the use of targeted training activities by working closely with the brand and operations teams to identify where focus on product knowledge and brand understanding will foster a strong brand identity. You will then assist the HR management and the Central Training team in coordinating training and development activities, championing training and development within the brand.

Specific responsibilities include:
* Developing content of programs to meet the needs of the brand
* Based on market needs, sourcing appropriate training courses and materials for implementation
* Delivering development training and support the roll out of programs, whilst making recommendations for continuous improvement
* Managing the quality of activities and presentations to ensure a high standard of training delivery
* Creating, building and maintaining internal and external relationships
* Continually looking for ways to promote brand awareness.

Requirements

* 4 years' training management experience within a large commercial organisation with a comprehensive knowledge of products and applications
* A bachelor's degree from an accredited university
* Excellent brand understanding
* Basic training skills.
