Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Role purpose: Identify and qualify prospect customers, present Zajil services and products, and close deals in order to achieve set target.

Responsibilities
- Achieve set target of sales revenue
- Identify prospect customers and contact them to present Zajil services and products
- Solicit prospect customers’ requirements and understand their agreements their current providers
- Persuade prospect customers for closing deals
- Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Respond to requests for information and answer calls from prospect customers
- Develop existing customers accounts
- Maintain positive relationships with customers and ensure timely delivery of services including AR and AP follow-up
- Track and report on all interactions with prospect customers
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
