About the client:
They a multinational property, facility management and investment organization operating in the GCC Region.

About the role:
The Finance & Contract Manager will lead and support the sourcing and commercial aspect of the contract on behalf of both the company and the clients.

Responsibilities:
- Development and execution of supply chain strategy relevant to the customer account.
- Commercial/contractual trusted advisor to the business.
- Negotiation and agreement of costs/fees, contract terms & conditions, and SLAs.
- Deliver policy adherence and implementation of innovation, continuous improvement, best business practice tools.

Requirements

Qualifications:
- Must have a Bachelor's degree
- Professional procurement qualification (MCIPS, CPM, CPSM, or equivalent).
- 8-10 years' strategic sourcing/procurement/finance experience
- 4-5 years' sourcing for FM services.
