Finance Manager (KSA)
Salary up to SAR 12,000.00 PM

Our client is a Leading Group of companies has its name established not only in the UAE but making a mark in the entire GCC and even far off destinations in the gulf and African countries. Currently our client is seeking an experienced Finance Manager in Riyadh, KSA to join the team.

Reporting to the Group Finance Controller, you will be responsible for policies, procedures, treasury functions, cash flow, budget, management reporting and more within the department and capable of mentoring and assisting employees within the department.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures.
- Forecast cash flow positions, related borrowing needs, and available funds for investment.
- Monitor banking activities of the organization and maintain relationships.
- Direct and coordinate organization's financial and budget activities to fund operations, maximize investments, and increase efficiency.
- Manage the preparation of the company's budget.
- Assist in the design, implementation, and timely calculations of wage incentives, commissions, and salaries for the staff ensuring compliance with staff contracts and group policy.
- Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable and ensure a disaster recovery plan is in place.
- Oversee business insurance plans and health care coverage analysis.
- Provide GFC with an operating budget. Work with the GFC to ensure success through cost analysis support, and compliance with all contractual and legal requirements. This includes: 1) interpreting legislative rules and regulations to ensure compliance with all local, national and contractual guidelines, 2) ensuring that all government regulations and requirements are disseminated to appropriate personnel, and 3) monitoring compliance.
- Review company bottlenecks and recommend changes to improve the overall level of company throughput.
- Manage the capital budgeting process, based on constraint analysis and discounted cash flow analysis.
- Create additional analyses and reports as requested by management.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in business and accounting or partly qualified CIMA, ACCA, ACA or CMA
- 5+ years’ experience working within a Finance team for a medium/large size business
- Previous experience of managing a small team
- Exposure to group financial reporting is preferable.
- Exposure to SAGE ERP would be an advantage and excellent MS Excel skills

Work Timings will be from Saturday to Wednesday 7AM-5PM and on Thursday 7AM-1PM.
