Job description / Role
- Oversee the company's risk management practices and policies (particularly as it relates to general liability claims), and insurance programs.
- Direct the company's cash management programs and policies relative to cash and investment balances.
- Maintain and develop bank relationship to ensure appropriate support and access to capital.
- Oversee the company's capital planning and spending processes, including appropriation requests, approval process and accounting for projects.
- Develop and lead the Financial Planning and Analysis activities of the company. Drive improvement in efficiency, accuracy and transparency.
- Lead the development of the company’s 5 year financial forecasts and cash flow planning.
- Coordinate and lead a period P&L review process that includes explaining variances to plan, providing insight on current and expected trends, and identifying areas of risk and opportunities.
- Conduct financial cost/benefits analyses, to help evaluate and prioritize growth and other strategic initiatives.
- Perform standard and ad hoc analyses, providing insightful views into the company’s operations and financial performance. Find, evaluate and report on risks and opportunities to the company’s goals growth plans.
Requirements
- Min 8 Years of Experience in Hospitality Accounting and Finance.
- Specialized in Acquisitions, Renovations and Finance Repositioning.
