Finance Manager

Job description / Role

Our client, a global market leader in investment and commercial real estate is currently seeking for a Finance Manager to join their team.

Location: Riyadh, KSA
Department – Finance

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for company’s business process & financial management
• Accounting system maintenance
• Financial planning & forecasting with stakeholders
• Ensure legal compliance
• Expenses, balance sheets, cash flow, and revenue analysis
• Accounting team supervision
• Filing & record keeping for financial statements and documents
• Leading the audit compliance of financial statements
• Ensure P&L is as per commercials and budgets

Requirements

Ideal candidate must have:

• Chartered Accountant
• At least 3 managerial years’ experience in Financial Control and FP&A
• Arabic speaking is an advantage
• Knowledge of local rules and regulations is an advantage
