Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Complete financial documentation and track completion of required forms
- Manage petty cash availability and monitor receipts and record keeping
- Audit business travel expenses and complete approvals of reimbursements according to policy
- Manage sales invoices and receipts
- Complete banking transactions required by KSA NSC
- Approve and ensure completion of accounts payable by coordinating with suppliers, vendors, and customs to ensure completion of all required payments
- Track FMI and SID Booking & Payment

Requirements

- Relevant diploma / high school certificate in Finance
- Minimum 2-3 years in a similar role
- Computer skills: Technical: MS Office (mainly Excel and PowerPoint)
- Languages: Fluent in English and Arabic language required
- Saudi National
