MNC within the food sector is looking for an experienced and dynamic Financial Controller to be based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

We are currently recruiting a Financial Controller for one of our strategic partners, a MNC within the food sector. This company shows remarkable growth activity in the region and delivers its products across the MEA region. The Financial Controller will play a key role in the constant growth of this business and report directly into the General Manager and the Group CFO.

The role of the Financial Controller will be to lead and oversee all finance and control matters so if you’re looking for a role that will provide you with autonomy and responsibility this could be of particular interest to you.

Specifics of the role include:
- Being responsible for developing the budget and financial planning
- Improving the business processes as well as updating procedures and policies
- Being accountable of company accounts
- Liaising with the external auditors and ensure that company complies with audits
- Preparing and presenting business documents to the Regional CFO
- Participating in the implementation of a new ERP

Requirements

- Must be Arabic speaker
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (or similar) and a professional degree/certification such as CPA, ACCA and ACA.
- Must have strong experience in a similar accounting/finance role with international exposure
- Must have food industry experience
- Experience in audit with a BIG4 is advantageous
- Knowledge of SAP
- Perfectly fluent in spoken, written & reading the English language
- Arabic understanding would also be an advantage
