During your tenure as a Fin Crime Senior Consultant , you will support the Middle East Risk Advisory Fin Crime team in the following:

Responsibilities:

- Ensure the successful execution of financial crime advisory projects, adhering to project plans, timelines, and Deloitte's rigorous quality standards.
- Monitor and analyze global regulatory developments, providing timely insights on changes in financial crime compliance requirements and advising on necessary adjustments to policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with clients to design and implement customized target operating models for financial crime compliance, incorporating industry-leading practices to enhance effectiveness.
- Create innovative methodologies to enhance Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Countering the Financing of Terrorism (CFT) programs, focusing on risk-based approaches and continuous improvement to achieve superior risk assessment outcomes.
- Lead benchmarking studies using a combination of publicly available data and insights from the extensive Deloitte network, providing clients with a comprehensive understanding of their financial crime compliance performance relative to industry standards.
- Devise and implement strategic initiatives to optimize key financial crime processes, including Know Your Customer (KYC), Politically Exposed Persons (PEP) screening, and sanctions compliance.

Requirements

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience (4-6 years) in financial crime (AML/CFT and/or fraud risk management)
- Big 4/ consultancy background
- Certification in financial crime (e.g., CAMS, CFE, CGSS etc.) preferred .
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build relationships with vendors.
- KSA-based (or open to relocation)
