Fitness - Training Specialist

Seeking an enthusiastic Fitness -Training Specialist to deliver exceptional education on all client products, engage fitness professionals, drive customer success, and enhance brand loyalty. Key responsibilities include leading the Personal Trainer Network's growth and revenue creation in alignment with the Go Consumer strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Wellness Institute educators to deliver top-tier education on Fit, Functional, Outrace, Skill Athletic, and Group Cycle products.
• Implement quality assurance processes and personal development plans for continuous enhancement of education standards.
• Drive the creation and delivery of innovative, engaging individual and group programs.
• Conduct training across the product and solution portfolio.
• Propose new educational content for workshops and online resources.
• Manage training plans and development days for customers and educators.
• Coordinate training schedules for effective resource planning.
• Liaise with Sales Teams and customers to identify training needs.
• Enhance customer satisfaction and relationships.
• Provide training content and tools for new product launches.
• Deliver product knowledge at marketing events.
• Assist in creating a personal trainer network for events and educational opportunities.
• Launch new service offerings like remote coaching and personal training.

Requirements

Requirements:

• You are passionate about fitness, proactive, ethical, and down-to-earth.
• You should be a strong team player who values support, a problem solver who identifies improvement opportunities, and someone who makes constructive suggestions.
• An aspiring attitude, capable of engaging coworkers to achieve goals and pursue excellence, is essential.
• 3+ years' experience as a Master Fitness Trainer, certified in Fit, Functional Outrace, Skill Athletic, and Group Cycle
• Degree in Sports and Health Science, Psychological Science—Exercise and Sports Science, or similar/biomedical degree preferred
• Understanding of commercial considerations for fitness facilities
• Deep knowledge of education delivery principles and structure
• Experience in adult education in the fitness industry (e.g., delivering qualifications)
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in delivering engaging education using various learning styles
• Up-to-date with emerging industry practices
• Saudi National
