Employment: Full Time

We are seeking a talented and experienced FM Development Specialist to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities management and a proven track record in driving the development and improvement of facility management processes and systems. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization's facilities management operations and contribute to our ongoing success and growth.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of innovative strategies to improve facility management processes and procedures.
- Analyze current facility management practices and identify areas for improvement in efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute plans for the enhancement of facility management systems and technologies.
- Utilize data and analytics to measure and evaluate the effectiveness of facility management initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in facility management to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Provide training and support to facility management teams to ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and advisor on facility management development initiatives, providing guidance and expertise to internal stakeholders.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in facilities management, engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in facilities management with a focus on process development and improvement.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to utilize data to drive decision-making and process improvements.
- Excellent project management abilities with a track record of successfully leading and implementing process improvement initiatives.
- In-depth knowledge of facility management best practices, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Certification in facility management (e.g., CFM, FMP) is a plus.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
