Employment: Full Time

A leading Construction/FM company is seeking to recruit an experienced FM estimator to work in their Bids and Cost department. The successful individual will be responsible for dealing with RFP documents and be able to respond fully not just with the technical writings but also with the cost modelling etc.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will come with a proven track record in working within Facilities Management in an estimator/bid/cost role. You will also need to be able to work with RFPs and write full technical responses and be comfortable with drawing up costings and preparing full cost modelling. This is a hands on roll for someone who likes to work as part of team in a driven busy environment
