Employment: Full Time

Our client, a multinational food & beverage company, is seeking a Brand Manager in Jeddah, KSA.

Reports to Marketing Manager who sits in Dubai (must be willing to travel to Dubai once a month)

Key Responsibilities:
- The Brand Manager’s role involves developing plans and executing projects and initiatives that support the broader short and long-term marketing strategy, formulating the brand’s long-term strategy and developing and executing marketing plans, define the brand’s pricing, packaging, advertising and promotion strategies and allocate the budget accordingly.
- The Brand Manager collaborates with Agencies, Sales, Operations and Finance to ensure the brand remains relevant to consumers and that all initiatives support the brand promise.
- Additionally, Marketing Manager takes a lead in managing vendor partners and communication agencies, and all aspects of their projects.

Key Result Areas:
- Ensuring high Brand Health for the product, by improving and increasing awareness of the product, improving customer mind share in existing customers and creating mind share with new customers,
- Ensuring trials of the product in targeted channels.
- Increase customer loyalty towards the product by educating the consumers on the features of the product and its benefits from time to time
- Primary and secondary sales achievement
- Market Share growth
- Timeliness of launches

Requirements

- Must possess at least 3 years FMCG experience in a multinational company.
- Qualification: Post-graduation preferably in business administration or marketing
- Must be fluent in English (& Arabic is advantageous)
- Middle East experience is a must
