Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Develops and gains approvals to sales strategies, plans and budgets to support the implementation and realization of agreed corporate sales objectives.
- Manages the process of monitoring sales trends and competitor activity in order to determine effectiveness of sales plans and strategies. Ensures implementing necessary adjustments to maintain competitive advantage.
- Develops the pharmacy channel strategies and plans to achieve the overall sales and profit objectives and targets.
- Provides high level direct sales support to team leaders and sales staff in order to create win-to-win business situations.
- Maintains own selected accounts requiring executive level consideration.
- Provides leadership, expertise and professional advice to the Pharma Sales team on sales matters to ensure business objectives are supported with the right sales strategy.
- Develops and makes recommendations for sales team incentive plans to encourage and reward increased sales efforts and revenues.
- Administers the performance management process for sales team members in order to establish and communicate individual objectives, assesses subsequent performance and identify development needs.
- Ensures that all team members protect the company image through high levels of personal presentation, displaying appropriate behaviors and keeping company vehicle clean and well maintained. Includes ensuring that all road laws and regulations are complied with and that all driving habits are courteous and respectful.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Business related discipline
- 8 years of experience in FMCG Sales field with a proven track record at the managerial level.
- Very Good English language Skills.
- Advanced Computer Skills.
- Training and coaching skills
- Strong customer focus
- Analytical skills
