Forensic/Claims Planner

Job description / Role

My client is a leading joint venture of construction companies who are currently working on a major section of the Riyadh Metro project. They are currently looking to recruit an experienced forensic/claims planner to join the contracts team based in Riyadh.

The role will include:
- Maintain, integrate and update the project primavera P6 windows analysis model to determine delays;
- Delays in the project plan will be identified and validated;
- Reviewing and validating all planning fragnets proposed in addition to the windows analysis model;
- Delays will be identified as excusable and non excusable and their impact will be assessed.
- Delay impact assessments will be documented and reported in a clear and concise manner.

Requirements

Candidates should have an engineering, construction or quantity surveying degree and should have a proven background in the planning of large civil engineering construction projects. Candidates should have claims planning/delay analysis experience preferably gained in the Middle East. Rail and metro experience is an advantage.
