Are you an experienced Foundation curriculum Manager? Are you looking for a new job Opportunity overseas with a Leading College?

Client is looking to recruit for a Foundation Manager. This role is open to qualified and experienced candidates only and is being offered on a 1 year fixed term contract.

Job Purpose:
* To participate in the design, delivery and management of the EFL curriculum across the cluster of colleges within the framework determined by the Colleges of Excellence, Central Executive Management Group and Board and within all legal, regulatory and contractual frameworks.
* To participate in the line management of EFL teachers, in accordance with the College's Human Resource policy.
* To embed the culture of the College within the Kingdom to meet the wider objectives of the Kingdom around successful educational reform as well as the contractual requirements of the College of Excellence.

Requirements

* Education to degree level as a minimum requirement, it would be desirable to have achieved an MA in TESOL or Applied Linguistics
* In possession of a management or supervisory qualification or line management experience
* In possession of a PGCE, Cert Ed or equivalent Internationally recognised English teaching qualification with an assessed teaching practicum
* Native speaker or achieved 7.
