Job description / Role
- Act as technical liaison between Sales & Production.
- Supervise and be a strong leader for all technical activities; lead by example and be prepared to educate the whole team.
- Technically evaluate and select appropriate solutions to meet quality, cost, lead time requirements and production capacity.
- Resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Minimum of 05 years of furniture manufacturing experience.
- Proven experience in management in technical and product development or product engineering.
- Good knowledge about furniture products.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong management and leadership skills, possess strategic and analytical thinking, and high level of initiative and integrity.
