General Manager, KSA

Currently recruiting for an experienced General Manager to join a leading consumer electronics company, based in Saudi Arabia.

Client is looking for the candidate to have a minimum of 10 years experience in the FMCG industry, 5 of which must be Consumer Electronics/ Retail sector. The candidate will have at least 5 years' experience with a leading consumer electronics company in a senior management role within KSA.

Resposnibilities:
* Sets the direction for business growth and leadership
* Works closely with the Executive Management to develop and accomplish goals and strategic plans on all aspects of business
* P&L responsibility for all lines of businesses within KSA
* Lead new businesses initiatives and strengthen / consolidate existing ones
* Provide adequate organizational support and resources
* Develop and establish a robust succession plan
* Overall responsibility for ensuring technical process and functions are fully adhered to and followed
* Responsible to ensure that progress is measured against budgets and schedules
* Uphold the Vision, Mission and values of the organization
* Manage the Day to day operations
* Manage the sales forecast & inventory position
* Responsible all business across Saudi Arabia

Requirements

* Bachelor's Degree
* Fluent in English
* Minimum 5 years experience in a Consumer Electronics company in a senior management role within KSA
* Strong Sales & leadership skills
* Strong knowledge of the KSA retail environment
* Ability to manage and achieve key performance indicators
* Analytical & Financial capabilities
