General Manager

Job description / Role

Citec is looking for a target-oriented and strong leader General Manager for Saudi Arabia.

As General Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead and be the driving force of Citec’s business and operations in the Middle East. We are looking for an entrepreneurial person with engineering services experience from the oil & gas or the energy & power industries, with excellent sales and leadership skills. You will be located in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.

Main responsibilities are:
• Build and lead Citec’s operations in Saudi Arabia
• Sales and business development of Citec’s engineering and information services
• Ensure profitable projects in the Middle East region

Salary:
SAR 73,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

Desired profile of the candidate:

Professional Experience:
• You have vast experience from the engineering services industry, preferably from the oil & gas and/or the energy & power industries.
• Commercial and technical experience is required, preferably from an environment dealing with sales, project sales and sales of technical solutions.
• B.Sc or M.Sc degree within structural/mechanical/process engineering
• Strong evidence/track-record of successful leadership

• Strong sales and development drive in every aspect
• Open-minded with ability and interest to communicate on different levels, internally and externally
• Strong and clear personality in order to motivate and push through decisions and plans both internally and externally
