Job description / Role
General Manager - Health & Fitness - Jeddah, KSA
Due to organisation expanding they are looking for a General Manager to lead the development of business within the Health & Fitness industry.
Currently working with a well respected local group within Saudi Arabia. The group have multiple operations including Retail, FMCG & Fitness Equipment Distribution.
As General Manager you're main responsibilities will be but not limited too:
* Develop the organisations strategy to ensure it deliver company objectives, ensuring all employees are working towards this.
* Develop the business plans and budgets with the senior leadership team
* Direct and coach direct employees to enhance performance
* Manage and oversee the development of leads, projects, negotiating contracts and closing deals
* Oversee process and reporting
* Monitor consumer insight to ensure the business objectives are met

Requirements
* 8- 12 years of experience within FMCG, F&B or Office Fit Out
* Ideally have managed a P&L size of more than GS SR 120M
* Man management experience
* Degree Educated
* Preferably speak Arabic & English
Candidate will need the following skills to be successful:
* Strong interpersonal skills including leadership, communication, persuasion
* Ability to implement and execute strategies
* Ability to motivate team members
