General Manager - Restaurants

The business is a fast food chain based within the Kingdom. They currently have one outlet and are looking to roll out another three within the next three months. The company is looking to bring in the General Manager to implement the huge growth plans that this new and exciting QSR business is undertaking.

The role offers a fantastic challenge to help build a lasting and exciting brand that can spread within the wider GCC region
- Setting sales budgets, targets, KPI's per individual and outlet.
- Leading the brand and relaying directly to the VP and the board.
- Developing the company structure.
- Creating company operations systems and strategies.
- Establish the new brand/concept within the KSA market.
- Determine and lead all new outlet openings.
- Provide managerial training.
- Full P&L responsibility for the brand.
- Formulation of pricing and product guidelines for restaurants.

Requirements

Experience:
- Experience in Quick Service Restaurants is essential.
- KSA and/or GCC regional experience.
- Arabic speaker will be preferred.
- Experience in Mediterranean restaurants (ideally) and a Multinational concept.
- Versed in working in a fluid and dynamic company environment.
- Operational QSR experience is a must.
- Knowledge of Delivery Management.
- Training experience "Train the Trainer".
