Job description / Role
Charterhouse has an exclusive mandate to secure a CEO for a large international organisation involved in procurement and logistics services across the region, with a large focus in Saudi Arabia. This role will suit someone that has been involved in the transformation of digital logistics and supply chain and has a strong passion for technology.
This role requires someone that is a strong leader, can motivate and develop a team to achieve results as well as have strong entrepreneurial flair with an assertive and driven personality. You should have 10 years’ experience in a management role within procurement, supply chain services or a similar industrial related business across the region with a strong focus on digital logistics and supply chain.
Requirements
The successful candidate should be Degree educated, have work experience in the region with a strong focus on Saudi Arabia. You should also have experience with change management and the ability to guide the culture initiatives of the business to ensure an ideal working culture across the organisation whilst driving the business initiatives to achieve the success and targets required to take the business to the next level. Arabic language skills would be a distinct advantage but is not a must. You should be someone that can deal with stakeholders at all levels.
