Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

My client is a leading European engineering company who are currently working on a major construction supervision project in Saudi Arabia. They are currently looking to recruit a General Services Executive for their Riyadh office. The role involves the following.

*Supervise and coordinate the Maintenance and Cleaning of the Company's facilities (villas, offices, etc.), in coordination with the HR requirement and in compliance with the company policies and in coordination with the external contractor in charge of the above functions.
*Carries out routine inspection and servicing of the Company's building and associated facilities and equipment.
*Responsible for flight and hotel bookings.
*Responsible for company's car fleet (rentals/leasing, maintenance, etc.).
*Responsible for general maintenance of company office equipment, including but not limited to: furniture, partitions, air conditioning (this is excluding the IT tools which shall be under the responsibility of the IT manager).
*Responsible for stationaries.
*Supervision and coordination of the drivers activity
*Performs other related similar or logical duties as assigned or required.
*Manage rental contracts of houses, offices and deposits both in Riyadh and in other parts of the national territory.
*Supervise and coordinate the maintenance and cleaning of offices and houses assigned to outsourced providers and in agreement with the company's HR sector's requirements.
*Manage rental, purchase and leasing contracts of the company's car fleet.
*Manage the insurance, insurance claims and maintenance and repair of the company's car fleet.

Requirements

Candidates will preferably have a degree but this is not essential but candidates should definitely have at least 10 years experience in a general services role and should also have worked for a major construction or engineering company.

Candidates must have experience of working on KSA.
