Government Industry Sales Executive (Saudi Arabia)

Your Role and Responsibilities

Environment:
- Professional knowledge related to Candidate's department or function.
- Strong Industry domain knowledge, consultative solutions experience and strong technology background, especially around cloud, digital transformation, AI, big data analytics and blockchain

Communication/Negotiation:
- Engaged as an independent professional. Ability to articulate and compare alternatives approaches. Negotiate with specified objectives. Active on social media and recognized as a Technology thought Leader

Problem Solving:
- Recognize problems related to project objectives. Creativity and judgment applied to professional technical, or operational problems. Independently generates solutions, based on analytical skills & business knowledge. Challenge the validity of given procedures and processes to enhance and improve or develop complementary adjustments /solutions.

Mission:
- Have a strategic industry / client focus and consultative / creative business development skills;
- Credibly demonstrate a deep understanding of the business of the client, as well as of business change;
- Understand the readiness of the client to adopt the vision they have put forward and present a compelling point-of-view given that vision, public policy and industry trends - drive their own thought leadership;
- Pro-actively follow industry trends and create /Test / Validate ideas with client stakeholder group and account team
- Articulate possible desired outcomes, results, experiences based on new engagement approaches
- Drive / Orchestrate commercial model development, including business cases and funding analysis in collaboration with SMEs
- Provide advice to the Account teams in terms of unifying IBM's touchpoints and solutions with the client in a programmatic and business view
- Develop POVs and thought leadership around new commercial (funding and financial) models to support insights-as-a-service and new engagement offerings
- Help the Account team think through / orchestrate IBM's GTM;
- Help team IBM appropriately position the new areas where IBM is investing based on their knowledge of the client's business and industry;
- Help identify gaps that IBM needs to fill from an industry or industry topical area;
- Help guide the IBM team on leveraging a broader industry network;
- Keep our solutions honest

Requirements

Profile:
The Candidate for this role needs to have a thorough understanding of the Public Sector Domain (Government Industry) with a strong consulting, Technology and sales background to deliver on the IBM MEA Industry Strategy and attainment of Industry targets. The suitable candidate must be senior and adept to personally identify, validate and progress the IBM Industry Solutions portfolio in the defined list of Growth and new logo accounts, delivering an annual signings and Revenue targets. The person needs to have knowledgeable in the trends and directions of the Public Sector Domain (Government Industry) and a detailed understanding of the social political and economic landscape of key markets in MEA with Focus on Saudi Arabia, with the associated senior level stakeholder relationships. The person needs to have a strong point of view around the strategic transformation opportunities in the Public Sector verticals.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

- Technical Skills - A excellent understanding of AI, Cloud with good knowledge of the Technology players in the market
