Job description / Role
- Dealing with all government authorities in the Kingdom.
- Looking after the company’s licenses.
- Dealing with Ministry of Labour, including employment issues
- Monitor the Saudization percentage of the company.
- Prepare the employment contract for the new joiners.
- Prepare support letters for TQ’s staff.
- Dealing with the immigration office.
- Checking the GOSI.
- Dealing for the visas for the staff, Work visas and visit visas.
- Looking after a part of the mobilization (visa section).
- Checking the validity of staff’s Iqamas.
- Dealing with the local transfer cases.
- Saudi Labour Law expert supporting internal Legal department
- Dealing with Chamber of Commerce, Bank and other legal agreement’s
- Excellent communication skills dealing with employees at all levels of the company
- Highly accurate with specific focus on the detail
- Provide clear guidelines, processes and procedures.
- Ensure all payments to government departments are made in an efficient and timely manner
- Customer focused to deliver all GR services to exceed expectations
- Manage the GR team (6 staff) over the Kingdom.
Requirements
- Degree Educated
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- 5 years related business experience handling Government relations.
- Must have excellent contacts with the Government entities and Law Enforcement Authorities in Saudi Arabia
- Experience in working international business
