Granite Engineer

Job description / Role

- Receive L2 escalated TT, strive for restore/resolution within agreed SLA.
- Lead and prioritize the Granite Application Support team’s work load.
- Manage and Own the Problem Management Process.
- Develop, co-ordinate and promote the effective functioning of problem management activities across all of the Granite application support teams.
- Contribute to the planning of application/infrastructure releases and configuration changes.

Requirements

- Follow appropriate client departmental and client company procedures and policies (i.e. change control, security and auditing, release, configuration, problem and incident management).
- Provide timely and export advice on emerging trends and issues affecting Service Delivery and Support.
- Develop strategies to allow Granite Application Support team to better manage resultant problems.
