Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

A leading Multinational Retailer based in Saudi are urgently seeking a Group CIO to oversee the Enterprise Information department, Re-engineer business processes and deliver a major SAP transformation across the business.

The Group CIO will also be responsible for;
* Re-Engineer and automate business processes to enhance services and reduce operation cost.
* Lead and define the IT strategic road map critical to achieving the groups strategic business objectives.
* Establish relationships with key Vendors to ensure efficient governance of programs.
* Responsible for the delivery of a major large scale SAP implementation across a full suite of SAP modules.
* Active member of the leadership function contributing to improving the organisations core values, promote and implement collaboration across the company.

Requirements

* Extensive Executive Management, Group and Management Consulting experience.
* Major SAP Implementation/Transformation delivery experience within Retail/Automotive or related industry.
* Transformation, Change Management and Restructuring/Reorganization implementation background.
* Implementation of Turnaround Strategies, Business Process Re-engineering and definition of strategic initiatives for a global organisation.
