Employment: Full Time

The Group Planning Analyst is responsible for analysing the Financials. This includes commenting on Financial results and preparing Feasibility Studies. The successful applicant would have previous analysis experience and a strong business acumen.

Our client is a fast growing food group which has well known brands that have operations in food production and retail food and beverages outlets. Headquartered in Riyadh, it has a strong presence in Saudi Arabia and is growing rapidly across GCC.

Description
* Routinely communicate to the business unit about the company consolidated financial and operational performance trends, historical and forecasted, using appropriate metrics. Suggest trends, resulting implications, key actions, and strategic implications.
* Maintain effective planning and analysis capability using appropriate analytical tools to establish goals and measure performance of the Company's portfolio of business.
* Prepare presentation in support of board and shareholder meetings, monthly/quarterly senior leadership meetings and various strategic committees of the company.
* Support the strategic business planning process.
* Participate in the financial modeling and due diligence efforts related to the company's ongoing M&A activities.
* Coordinate the capital spending review process of the company.
* Model potential changes to capital structure, acquisition and divestiture planning, shareholder returns.
* Partner with accounting, treasury, tax and legal as appropriate.

Requirements

* 3-5 years of experience in mergers & acquisition
* Previously employed by a listed company or boutique private equity background
* Experience in preparing and presenting feasibility reports to the Senior management
* Strong financial modelling skills
* Excellent communication skills
