Hard Services Facilities Manager

Job description / Role

Work for an award winning international FM services consultancy in Riyadh, with multiple assets in the commercial real estate sector.

Client is a large, international FM services consultancy with global offices and a large market imprint. With a main office in Riyadh, my client has a strong portfolio of exisiting assets between Riyadh and Jeddah, while continuing to expand their Saudi Arabian client base.

The Hard Services Manager is responsible for;
- Ensuring my client's standards are implemented and upheld across all projects
- Providing Hard Services technical expertise
- Liasing and advising the business on all aspects of building engineering services
- Maintaining strong and effective stakeholder relationships
- Managing day to day facilities operations and project implentation

Requirements

- A BSc in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or HVAC
- 10 years hard services experience in the commercial real estate sector
- Experience managing a facilities services provider
- Consulting experience is beneficial, but not essential
- Delivery and time management skills
