Job description / Role

Position Title: Head Chef
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: up to 15,300 SAR depending on experience and qualifications plus accommodation and transportation
Job Location: Riyadh, KSA

About the client:
The hiring company is a high-end casual dining restaurant with branches across Dubai and Saudi Arabia.

Job Role:
- Control and direct the food preparation process and any other relative activities
- Construct menus with new or existing culinary creations ensuring the variety and quality of the servings
- Plan orders of equipment or ingredients according to identified shortages
- Oversee the work of subordinates
- Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards

Requirements

Requirements:
- Open to ANY nationality
- Male/Female, 40 years old and below
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts or any related field
- At least 3 years of experience as a Head Chef
- High-end casual dining restaurant experience will be an added advantage
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred
