Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Take the lead in monitoring all activities within kitchen area and staff
• Maintain overall safety of kitchen staff and establish proper food handling techniques
• Prepare signature dishes
• Promote efficient preparation of dishes
• Plan and prepare food products orders to maintain appropriate stock levels
• Approve and polish dishes before they reach the customer
• Determine food inventory needs, stocking and ordering
• Create menu items, recipes and develop dishes ensuring variety and quality

Requirements

• Open to Any nationals
• Male, 40 years old and below
• Bachelor’s Degree in Culinary or any related courses
• Minimum 1 year of experience in central kitchen environment
• Must be willing to work 6 days a week and can render overtime if needed
• Must be able to get a sign NOC (No Objection Certificate) from current or previous employer
• Excellent leadership and management skills
• Great cooking skills and attention to detail
• Must be currently residing in the UAE and willing to relocate in KSA
• Good communication skills
