Job description / Role
- Experienced in Operating room
- Act as nurse manager
- Create policies for the department
- Handle nursing schedule
- Contact the physicians and medical director for all instruction
- Handle nurse supervision and assessment
- Prepare all required forms and documents
- Report to the Medical manager
- Very good experience in day surgery (is a must )
- Should have leadership skills
- Should have good knowledge of the requirement and able to learn new skills .
- Very systematic in following the instruction and strict in applying the rules
Requirements
- Bachelor in Nursing with 15 years experience in operating rooms .
- 5 years experience in leader position in operating rooms preferably in day surgery room.
- Should have good knowledge of the requirement and able to learn new skills.
- Leadership and managerial skills.
