Employment: Full Time

Company:
Our client is one of the largest holding companies in Saudi Arabia. They are currently looking to recruit a Head of Digital Banking to be based in Riyadh

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Profound understanding in the operation mode of e-financial products, experience in major e-finance projects would have advantage
• Has deep excavation and keen judgment ability in finding the user pain point and market opportunities
• Strategic problem solver with the ability to formulate compelling vision and strategy and translate that to substantial roadmaps and results
• Strong knowledge base and experience developing or leading digital experiences, coupled with knowledge of the underlying technology, both current and emerging
• Ability to influence and build strong relationships across multiple levels of the organization
• Highly developed communication and presentations skills with a superior ability to effectively communicate and present complex concepts and issues to leadership teams

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience:
• BA in finance or related field
• 15-20 years of experience
• 5 years’ experience in a senior managerial role
• Must be based in Saudi with transferable Iqama
• Fluency in English. Arabic is a plus
• good communication skills
