Job description / Role

The Head of Finance will sit at the helm of the accountancy function, overseeing significant growth, the opening of the RHQ, mass projects & act as a bridge between finance, operations, banks and auditors.

Based in Riyadh, the candidate will need to have a strong knowledge of Tax/ Zakat and be able to manage an outsourced shared service centre.

A Multinational Construction Company with a strong presence across EMEA, APAC and North America are seeking a Head Of Finance for Saudi Arabia to sit an the helm of the Accountancy function.

Description

Key Responsibilities - Head Of Finance

* Managing the organisation's financial reporting. This comprises all required financial reporting, monthly financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, 5-year financial plans, and budgeting and forecasting.
* Managing and overseeing the financial systems of the organisation.
* Providing sound financial assistance and information to management in order for it to make important business decisions.
* Review budgets.
* Manage a shared service centre
* Present financial statistics and insights to the Board of Directors.
* Perform risk analysis and management.
* Forecast daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual performance.
* Compare investment opportunities and make recommendations.
* Oversee an team of 3 FPA / project controllers
* Generate cost and profit analysis.

Requirements

The successful candidate will:

* Saudi based with good Saudi/ME experience.
* CIMA/ACA/ACCA/CPA is a must
* Strong Construction/projects background - international/MNC/complex organisations.
