Head of HR

Job description / Role

EMR is an emerging markets foremost provider of recruitment solutions specialised in most industrial segments and key functions. We are currently working with a prestigious and well-established retail brand in the Middle East Region that is looking for a Head of HR to be based in KSA.

The successful candidate will be reporting to the Group HR Director and will be handling complex employee relations, workforce planning, employee engagement as well as handling health and safety for a diverse team in multiple locations.

The Head of HR will be accountable for:
- Monitoring and managing a fairly large HR Team consisting of business partners, managers and advisors
- Developing the people strategy in alignment with business objectives and vision of the organisation while managing the delivery of operational / BAU activities
- Providing guidance on key functional areas including L&D for the business

Requirements

- Master’s degree in Business Administration with focus in Human Resource / Administration
- Certified professionals will be given preference
- Prior experience of working within FMCG, manufacturing, distribution, logistics or retail industry
- Minimum of 10 years relevant experience preferably in GCC / MENA region
- Well versed with KSA labour and employment compliance
