Job description / Role

A strong Arabic speaking Retail Trainer needed in Riyadh.

This is a crucial business role for a well-known and respected brand that continues to dominate and expand in the retail market. This company needs a dynamic and rounded training professional that has a desire to continue to push forward.

The role will be both strategic and operational and see the successful candidate managing a team of six trainers, across KSA with frequent travel.

Requirements

- The candidate must speak Arabic and be able to acquire a visa to work in KSA; ideally they will hold a transferable Iqama.
- 10 years minimum experience in training / Significant experience in training (UK)
- A wider understanding of L&D and HR functions is essential
- Ideally currently working in the retail industry within fashion, home décor, furniture or other large store formats
- My client will also consider candidates from FMCG or consumer electronics backgrounds
- Experience writing, developing and delivering training in leadership management, change management as well as retail training for junior and senior team members
- Excellent English and Arabic communication skills
- A people person with a passion for training
- Candidates must currently be based in KSA and be willing to relocate themselves to Riyadh, as no assistance is given.
