Head of Legal Counsel

Job description / Role

Major construction based group in Saudi Arabia require a Head of Legal Counsel. Candidates are required to have a Law Degree and possess at least 18-20 years of Legal Management ./ Counsel experience, with a strong bacvkgrou8n in Construction or Civil Engineering companies. This role will involve many general counsel aspects such as Corporate Governance, Board Reporting, M&A and any exposure to PPP, DBFO, or BOT projects, this would be great. Market leading salary & package on offer.

Salary:
SAR 75,000 to 85,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: plus company provided housing, car, medical, air tickets and paid leave

Requirements

18-20 years + experience
Law Degree
Construction/Civil Engineering experience
