Head of Manpower

Job description / Role

Our client is a Leading Inspection and Certification company worldwide, who are looking to hire a Head of Manpower to be based in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia.

Job Responsibilities:
- To Lead and manage the Manpower / Technical staffing division;
- To supervise the resources and manager human capital allocation;
- Project Manpower planning;
- Evaluation of the candidates;
- Selection of the candidates;
- Safety plan and HSE;
- Manage quality control, assurance and Disputes;
- Client liaison
- Mobilization / Demobilization

Requirements

- Minimum of 10 years experience in the Inspection industry is mandatory.
- At least 5 years in leading / supervising a team / managing clients.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience in similar Inspection services company will be given preference.
