Head of Product

Job description / Role

We are looking for a passionate, user-centric, strategic, and results-driven product leader to be a part of our leadership. Working directly with the CEO, you will be responsible for leading and managing our Product Management team – that means defining the product direction, creating our product roadmaps, and working with the team as a player-coach, to execute this roadmap. You, as the Head of Product, will be in the thick of things, managing and leading the team towards the vision.

Key Responsibilities
- Build a social learning platform that scales and delivers a great user experience
- To set the long-term vision and strategy for the products in close collaboration with all the stakeholders – technology, business, operations
- To break-down this strategy in implementable phases and ensuring timely execution
- Communicating the vision and the “why” behind it to all relevant participants
- Mentoring team members and enabling them to execute
- Build product culture and product thinking in the organization

- Has a track record of building impactful consumer products

Salary:
USD 10,000 to 20,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

- 10+ years of experience in building consumer internet products, mobile apps
- You should have managed product managers, designers, analysts in your previous roles
- Experience with social networks or ed-tech is desirable.
- A proven track record of launching complex products in multiple geographies – from idea
- generation to execution.
