Head of Retail Loss Prevention
Location: Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Salary: Negotiable based on experience + Bonus, Relocation, Flights, Medical & Schooling
Are you a senior level Loss Prevention professional with the ability to shape the strategic delivery of Loss Prevention across retail stores in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia? Can you lead and develop a talented Loss Prevention team across a fast paced and growing retail marketplace?
Please note that candidates must be fluent in Arabic.
About the role
This unique opportunity offers the opportunity to work in a diverse and growing retail environment. Based from Riyadh you will be responsible for shaping the delivery of loss prevention across retail stores throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. You will lead and develop a talented team of Loss Prevention Managers providing them with first class leadership and direction.
What you will do
• You will be responsible for the delivery of Loss Prevention strategy across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
• You will manage a team of talented Loss Prevention Managers providing them with leadership and direction
• You will be responsible for implementing a region wide Loss Prevention, Security & Stock Loss strategy
• Lead on high-profile complex investigations
• Work closely with senior Retail Management to improve regional Loss Prevention performance
• Overall budget management responsibility for the department
• Oversee and manage relationships with 3rd party providers
• Lead on Loss Prevention strategy for new store openings in the region.
• Provide expert guidance to Senior stakeholders within the business

Requirements
Required experience includes:
• Applicants must have senior level Retail Loss Prevention experience with a track record of shaping and implementing Loss Prevention strategy at a senior level.
• Proven experience of managing teams in a retail environment.
• Senior-level experience of managing the delivery of multi-site loss prevention solutions
• Fluent in Arabic and English
