Arabic Speaking Head of Sales & Marketing - Masterbatch (KSA)
Salary Upto Dhs. 35,000/- + ticket and medical
Our client a multinational company manufacturing specialty chemicals for the plastics industry is looking to recruit a dynamic Head of Sales & Marketing for Masterbatch Industry for their offices based in KSA - Riyadh.
You will be responsible for business development, management of customer segmentation, develop sales plans and strategy, develop short and long term business plan, evaluate and select the best market channels for the markets i.e. agents and distributors, price management, prepare sales forecast plan and budget and elaborate budgets and control of the sales expenses.
Requirements
The successful candidate will have a University degree in Marketing/ Business/ Chemical Engineering or a minimum of 12 years sales experience in the Master batch or Compounding industry.
You should possess good market and product knowledge of the Master batch or Compounding industry and sound experience in plastics industry with strong sales, people management and key account management skills.
To perform the role competently, you will be required to have excellent interpersonal skills and also be a sharp, dynamic and independent individual who is able to maintain effectiveness in terms of work even under pressure.
Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English is essential.
