Job description / Role

- 16 years of experience in business development & implementation of telecom/enterprise solutions for some of the biggest clients for Ericsson & IBM such as Reliance Communications, dU Telecom, Bharti Airtel Limited, eMobile, Intel Technologies, Texas Instruments and Agilent Technologies.
- Led successful OSS transformation for one of the Ericsson’s biggest MS customer (Reliance Communications, 150 mn+ customer) within flat 9 months’ time.
- Executed projects in various geographies across wide spectrum of industries in Japan, India, Malaysia and Philippines.
- Post Graduate in Business Management from XLRI, Jamshedpur with expertise in handling large outsourced projects and building self sustainable competencies within an account.
- Managed strategic accounts consisting of 100+ resources engaged in projects varying from Telecom (OSS, Service Assurance) Business Intelligence, Enterprise Project Management, Oracle Apps, Portal & Java/J2EE track.
- Proven ability to partner with project stakeholders and internal teams in defining requirements, evaluating risks, and overseeing the appropriate rollout of technology, operations and process improvement solutions.
- Significant experience in leading large global teams including multiple multi-vendor contracts through complex program and project tasks. Natural communicator and team leader with strong motivational skills and the ability to build produce and succeed.
- Designed & executed some of the biggest implementations for telecom industry in India.
- Winner of President Award, Best People Manager, Excellence in Business Awards
- Recognized as outstanding contributor continuously, getting promoted to handle major projects at a young age.
