Head of Soft Services – Riyadh, KSA – Facilities Management Service Provider

Our client, is the Facilities Management arm of an established and reputable Group of companies in KSA. They are currently seeking a Head of Soft Services to join their team in Saudi Arabia.

The role will be based in Riyadh and the successful candidate will be managing the soft services department. They will be responsible for delivering the day to day operations of a blue collar soft services team, providing strategic direction, P&L management, managing resources, implementing standards, client communication and ensuring full Health and Safety compliance.

Requirements

Candidates must have the following qualifications below:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• BICS Certified or knowledge and understanding of BICS standards
• Strong experience in soft services (cleaning, pest control, land scaping)
• Have strong experience in handling large projects
• Excellent communication skills (English – Arabic)
