Job Description
Responsible for overall operation of Health Club & SPA.
Follow up on tasks assigned by head of the department.
Maintain department files and records.
Greet, welcome & provide assistance to members and visitors.
Suggest suitable training schedules for members visiting Fitness area.
Conduct inspection of the area and make sure hight level of cleanliness is maintained.
Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
Apply rules related to safety.
Protect assets and equipments from misuse.
Participate in all training requireds by Learning & Development department.
